Biography
Amir Mehdi Farrokhipour was a 17-year-old resident of Tehran who was shot by government forces in Laleh Park on September 27, 2022. He succumbed to his injuries the following day during the Woman, Life, Freedom protests. His 40th-day memorial service at Behesht-e Zahra cemetery transformed into a large-scale protest against the government.
امیرمهدی فرخیپور نوجوان ۱۷ ساله اهل تهران بود که در ۵ مهر ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات «زن زندگی آزادی» در پارک لاله هدف شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی نیروهای حکومتی قرار گرفت. او یک روز بعد، در ۶ مهرماه، بر اثر شدت جراحات جان باخت. مراسم چهلم او در بهشت زهرای تهران با حضور پرشور مردم به تجمع اعتراضی علیه حکومت تبدیل شد.
